The Wonders of Seventh Grade

Changheng Lay

Seventh grade is the gateway to many changes in your life and this may lead to young people doing a lot of embarrassing stuff that they might regret as an eighth-grader.  Don’t be too hard on yourself when you have one of those moments. You should be getting 8-10 hours of sleep every day so you don’t get tired during class. Raise your hand during class once in a while so you get a decent participation grade.  If you get one poor class grade, this could dunk your overall GPA (grade point average). During SBAC testing at the end of the year, you need to actually do your best otherwise you might not have electives in eighth-grade. Bring a book to SBAC testing because there is a lot of time left over after the test during the block schedule.
