Schools across California were warned about the Devious Licks pranks promoted on TikTok, where students tried to steal from and prank teachers and staff. Tiktok has actually banned the search words Devious Licks completely, however, crafty Tiktok users continue to make DL videos by purposely misspelling the word to bypass the system. A counter-response to DL has been the Angelic Yield, where students clean up the mess made by DL pranksters. AY samaritans will replace stolen bathroom soap, return tissue boxes, and repair damaged school property. One can hope the Angels defeat the Deviants.
